Gather Employees, Launch the Challenge and Get Healthy!

Getting Started

Contact us and we’ll get started building your program right away. S2H will use your company's messaging and branding to create an S2H Challenge website that’s tailored just for you. It doesn’t matter if your company has 10 employees or 100,000. The S2H program provides an engaging environment for your employees to track fitness activities and improve upon their health and well-being.

Next, we'll work together to rally your employee's participation. S2H can set up an online signup page, create flyers and email blasts, invite spouses to join, or ship directly to their homes. The more the merrier!

And the Challenge Begins!

Every employee will receive an S2H STEP Pedometer, enter its serial number online, and create a profile on your company's S2H Challenge Platform. Each time the employees walk 10,000 steps with their pedometers, they'll earn and Upload a Reward Code to the Challenge Platform for points!

Each day during the Challenge, employees are presented with several additional ways to earn points for healthy activity or learning. They can enter and track their weight, read Health & Wellness Articles with trivia questions, Upload reward codes from their pedometers, interact within health-related discussions, share their activity over social networks, and sync other fitness activities through apps such as Fitbit & RunKeeper, all while earning points that they can redeem for rewards. They'll also benefit from the support of S2H's team of Health & Wellness experts, including registered dietitians, certified personal trainers, exercise physiologists and more!

Tracking Your Progress

All of your employee's activity data is posted and updated live on the Challenge Dashboard, so you'll be able see minute by minute totals for their Steps and Miles Walked, Calories burned, and Pounds Lost. If you'd like to check in with your employees or retrieve specific data, the S2H Challenge comes equipped with survey tools, and you can even incentivize these surveys with Challenge Points. S2H will capture this data and more, in the form of monthly engagement reports provided to your company.

Maintaining Engagement

As the Challenge continues, employees can use their accumulated points to compete within friendly competitions. They can track their positions on one of several Leaderboards, which include the Highest Points Leaderboard, Most Active This Week and Most Active this Month. Each week, Participants in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in points earned will earn the coveted S2H Podium Finish and they will be recognized for their accomplishment.

Challenge participants are also able to join teams and compete on Team Leaderboards. Whether they're based on Department, Division, Age or Gender, S2H will implement the right teams to continue driving engagement within your program. Challenge participants work together to make your company a healthier workplace.

Throughout the Challenge, employees can unlock achievement badges based on their healthy activity. For example, uploading a Reward Code 7 days in a row unlocks the 7-Day Multiple Uploader Achievement badge, which is posted to the employee's public profile. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to earn Bronze, Silver, or Gold Monthly Status Medals, which are posted to their public profiles as well. Your company has the option to tie additional rewards to these Status Medals, so that an employee who achieves an elite Gold Status Medal is able to redeem Gold Status Rewards on your company's Rewards Page!
